At Aurabelle, we strive to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. This policy details our shipping processes, shipping insurance and return procedures for purchases made on www.aurabellejewels.com.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within India for purchases above certain amounts in different categories. It depends on the category, any ongoing offers, promotions, etc. Shipping charges are based on the receivers location, value of goods and insurance coverage and shipping method (standard, express, etc). For orders below this certain amount, standard minimum shipping costs apply. International shipping is available to select countries with charges calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business weeks (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times are: 4-7 business days for domestic orders and 15 to 30 business days for international, depending on location and customs clearance.

We partner with trusted couriers for secure delivery. You will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once shipped. Provide accurate recipient details (name, address, pin code, phone) to avoid delays. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the item to us. For address changes post-shipment, contact care@aurabellejewels.com immediately—we may recall and reship at our discretion.

Custom duties, taxes, or fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy for unused, unworn items in original packaging, with tags and certificates intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Exceptions: Personalized, custom-made, engraved items, gold coins/bars, and promotional/discounted products are non-returnable. For gold and diamond jewelry, returns are subject to quality checks; any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will result in rejection.

To return: Log into your account, select the order, choose items and reason, and request pickup. We arrange reverse pickup (free in India; international buyers bear return shipping costs). Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the item, via original payment method (excluding shipping fees). COD refunds are via bank transfer or payout link. Exchanges are available for size/color variations, subject to availability—follow the same process and select "exchange."

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with photos at care@aurabellejewels.com for a free replacement or refund. We reserve the right to modify this policy without notice.
